The Art of Tree Transformations

March 19 - May 2, 2010 

Virgil returns to the Arboretum for six weeks with 20 new sculptures showcasing a wider variety of sizes, shapes and species of Minnesota native trees. The transformation theme will be uniquely presented in a sculpture revealing its transformation from tree trunk to fine art.

This year the sculptures are for sale through the Arboretum Gift Store, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Arboretum.
